Orderry is a Ukraine-based IT company that makes the life of small and medium businesses easier and better with orderry.com / remonline.ua / remonline.app . Initially founded as a small service, we have grown into startup, and now are widely known as a leading SaaS vendor supporting service business across the industry.
Since 2013, our company has developed a full-stack cloud software solution for accounting and business automation in the service sector. Our users are a business you face every day: service centers and repair shops, car services, ateliers, cleaning, services, and beauty, etc. They make our life easier, and we are their helping hand.
Due to the expansion, we are looking for an Account Manager with English language skills to work with clients in the USA and Latin America with a work schedule that matches the time zone of the clients’ countries.

Have experience in technical support, call center, sales;

What awaits you at work
Work schedule 5/2, day shifts;
Daily communication with clients (new and current): Email, calls, demo and any kind of help;
Help new clients to learn the product and adapt to their business processes;
Processing incoming leads and helping clients adapt the service to their business needs;
Customer management in CRM;
Selling subscriptions to paid tariffs;
Customer retention;
Collecting and organizing feedback from clients to implement best practices;
Communicate with Support, Marketing, Product team to develop market and customer relations;
Participate in product adaptation to selected markets needs.
